How does the refundable deposit work?
A refundable deposit reserves your place in line for the first production run. Deposit holders will be contacted before the public launch. If you decide not to complete your order, your deposit can be refunded before final order confirmation.
When will orders ship or be available?
The first production timeline will depend on final processing, inspection, labeling, and production scheduling. Waitlist members and deposit holders will receive updates as the launch date is finalized.
